My mother and grandparents own one of the larger brewers made by Keurig and I bought myself this one for Christmas. I am more of a tea drinker than a coffee drinker, but am getting into coffee. My mom has no problems with hers and neither do my grandparents so I thought this would be better than a normal one with a coffee pot which was my other choice. Would recommend Keurig coffee makers to others who are looking to buy them.

The cons:
only makes 8oz at a time
have to fill it with water each time
spill water sometimes while filling
power button is far away from the brewing button

I don't recommend it due to inconsistent quantity of coffee... adding water made the coffee to weak. Lasted about 2.5 years and it should've lasted longer. For months all I got was about 3 oz. of coffee.

This was a good machine. I have to commend Keurig on its customer service. They sent me a replacement, the newer model (the MiniPlus). I liked this model better. The MiniPlus they sent had a problem in about a month and they had to ship me another replacement. The second replacement also had problems. So they just sent me a third replacement. The customer service agent told me if this one gives me problems to call them again and they will send yet another one.

Of course, I wish they'd get it right the first time. But at least the company stuck with me, rather than sticking it to me.
