I like the fact that this seat was convertable however the 2 insert seem to be pointless and are always in the way and never used as they just fall off. other then that i love this seat and yes would if needed buy another

We've had this car seat for a number of months. Even though my daughter is older, she is small, so we still have her rear facing. She finds the seat comfortable enough and initially the only real issue we had was with how the seat belt gets twisted easily. Now that she is older (22 months), though, she has figured out how to push the chest clasp down (pretty easy to do since the seat belt is kind of slick) and she can wriggle her arms out of the straps. We have the belt as tight as it can go without restricting her breathing. So tight that it is actually difficult for us to get it buckled, and yet, she is still able to get out of it. We do not have this issue with our other car seat made by a different company. I would never recommend this seat to anyone; especially with older children who can manipulate the seat belt. No matter how much less expensive it is, it saves no money if it is not safe and you have to get a different seat.

We purchased this car seat for our 11 month old baby. She is about 19lbs and her infant carrier only goes to 22lbs so we went ahead and bought her and our 3 year old new car seats in similar patterns. This seat was overall pretty simple to adjust and install. I would strongly recommend reading all of the instructions to be sure it is installed properly. My only complaint would be that the "slots" for the LATCH strap are not quite large enough for an adult hand which made it a bit uncomfortable trying to move the strap from the forward facing slot to the rear facing one. This one was attached by a small piece of plastic. You also have to be sure to position the LATCH strap in front of where the shoulder straps go thru the bottom of the seat so they still move freely. I like the cushions being able to be easily removed it seems this might make spot cleaning a bit easier then taking the whole entire cover off each time there is a minor incident. I have high hopes for this seat and so far do not feel as if I am going to be disappointed, especially for the price.
